X5's net profit under IFRS 16 for the fourth quarter of 2022 fell by 73.8% to RUB 2.08 billion from RUB 7.9 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased by 16.1% to 705.18 billion rubles from 607.5 billion rubles, gross profit – by 7.2% to 160.3 billion rubles from 149.5 billion rubles. This is stated in the company's report.

EBITDA decreased by 1.5% to RUB 66.1 billion from RUB 67.09 billion, adjusted EBITDA decreased by 0.9% to RUB 66.8 billion from RUB 67.46 billion, operating profit decreased by 13.2% to RUB 24.37 billion from RUB 28.08 billion.

X5 Group is a Russian grocery retail company that operates stores of several retail chains: stores "at home" under the Pyaterochka brand, supermarkets under the Perekrestok brand and hard discounters under the Chizhik brand. The company develops digital businesses Vprok.ru Crossroads, 5Post and "A Lot of Salmon".

As of December 31, 2022, the company had 21323 stores under management. The chain includes 19164 Pyaterochka stores, 971 Perekrestok supermarkets, 517 Chizhik hard discounters and 595 Krasny Yar and Slata stores. The company also manages 53 distribution centers and 4386 of its own trucks on the territory of the Russian Federation.

X5's profit for 9 months of 2022 under IFRS (IFRS 16) increased by 23.9% to RUB 43.1 billion from RUB 34.78 billion a year earlier. Revenue increased by 19% to 1.9 trillion rubles from 1.6 trillion rubles, gross profit – by 15.3% to 474.86 billion rubles from 411.8 billion rubles, EBITDA – by 17.9% to 236.7 billion rubles from 200.7 billion rubles.
