The volume of the mortgage portfolio in February 2024 increased by 0.7% after a 0.6% increase in January. This is reported in the materials of the Bank of Russia.
Mortgages were issued for 330 billion rubles, which is 20% higher than in January. Preferential mortgages increased by 15%, market mortgages – by 40%. In absolute terms, the increase in the issuance of market and preferential mortgages was comparable and reached 30 billion rubles.
