The XXI All-Russian Conference "Mortgage Lending in Russia" will be held on March 28 in Moscow. The organizer is AK&M Agency. The partner of the session is Technocode LLC.
A practical session "Digitalization of the mortgage lending system" will be held within the framework of the conference.
During the event, participants will discuss the development of digital mortgages in Russia, electronic mortgages, their standards and solutions, the experience of concluding notarial mortgage transactions with electronic mortgages.
In addition, the conference participants will consider the prospects for the development of mortgage marketplaces, related digital services for the sale of housing, new forms of IT integrations that allow participants to improve the quality of work and reduce costs.
It is planned to discuss how digital solutions change the system of borrowers' credit assessment and affect the quality of mortgage loans.
