83 companies "moved" to special administrative regions on the Oktyabrsky and Russian islands in 2022, Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said, speaking in the State Duma.
This, according to him, is 3 times more than in the previous period.
M. Mishustin recalled that for foreign organizations with Russian roots, the mechanism for changing the "residence permit" from foreign to domestic jurisdiction was simplified.
