The Ministry of Construction of Russia reported that in recent years there has been a steady trend of growth in the area of issued permits for housing construction. In 2022, this indicator exceeded by 22% the level of 2021, and in comparison with 2020, the value has almost doubled.
In January 2023, 345 new construction permits for 2.3 million square meters were issued in Russia. m of housing in apartment buildings.
