Sovcombank PJSC was the first creditor bank to provide Rosagroleasing JSC with financing for the purchase of products within the framework of priority areas approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 603 dated 04/15/2023.

As part of the implementation of the joint project, a credit line of 5 billion rubles was opened for a period of five years. The funds are used for the purchase and subsequent transfer to financial lease of machinery and equipment that meet the requirements of technological sovereignty and structural adaptation of the Russian economy.

The cooperation between Sovcombank and Rosagroleasing goes beyond the standard financial partnership. It contributes to solving socially significant tasks: modernizing agriculture, increasing production efficiency, developing rural areas and creating new jobs.

Mikhail Autukhov, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board:

"Financing projects aimed at technological sovereignty and structural adaptation of the economy is one of Sovcombank's key priorities. We are pleased to become the first bank to provide Rosagroleasing with a targeted loan for these purposes. I am confident that working together will accelerate the renewal of the agricultural machinery fleet, as well as launch an important project for the country to improve the environmental safety of waste management. Supporting the real sector and green initiatives remains a strategic objective for us."

"We appreciate that Sovcombank was the first bank to support this area and become a partner of Rosagroleasing in its work aimed at developing domestic industries. The credit line will expand the financing of technological sovereignty initiatives. The funds will be used to purchase modern machinery and equipment. Thanks to this, agricultural producers, utilities and other organizations will be able to upgrade their fleets faster and increase their production capabilities," Rosagroleasing said.
