According to Domclick analysts, in May 2022, the volume of supply in these segments of suburban real estate on Domclick increased by 13.5% compared to the beginning of the year (from 443,162 to 503,188 lots) and by more than 32% compared to May 2021.
The borrower will be able to order an assessment through the bank's manager or independently in the online personal account. The assessment of suburban real estate includes several mortgage programs - "State support", "Ready housing" and "Suburban real estate". Previously, it was possible to order an assessment on the site only for apartments, rooms and apartments.
After paying for the service, a representative of the appraisal company will contact the client to agree on a convenient time for the meeting. A specialist will come to the object, inspect it and take a photo, and then prepare a real estate valuation report and send it to the bank. The client will be able to download the report online in his personal account on Domclick – the client does not need to waste time on a visit to the appraisal company. At the same time, the client can discuss all issues with the appraiser in an online chat on Domclick.
