Execution of orders for the transfer of funds in foreign currency received during the established operational time and accepted by the Bank for execution will be carried out in the following order:
- transfers in Belarusian rubles accepted by the Bank on 04/26/2024 and 04/27/2024 are executed on the value date 05/03/2024;
- transfers in Euros accepted by the Bank on 04/26/2024 and 04/27/2024 are executed on the value date 05/06/2024;
- transfers in Euros and in Belarusian rubles accepted by the Bank on 05/08/2024 are executed on the value date 05/15/2024;
- transfers in Turkish Lira accepted by the Bank on 04/26/2024 and 04/27/2024 are executed on the value date 05/22/2024;
- transfers in Turkish Lira accepted by the Bank on 05/08/2024 are executed with the value date of 05/13/2024;
- transfers in Yuan accepted by the Bank on 04/26/2024, 04/27/2024, 05/02/2024 and 05/03/2024 are executed on the value date 05/06/2024;
- transfers in Serbian dinars accepted by the Bank on 04/26/2024 and 04/27/2024 are executed on the value date 05/27/2024;
- transfers in Serbian dinars accepted by the Bank on 05/02/2024, 05/03/2024 and 05/06/2024 are executed on the value date 05/08/2024;
- transfers in Tenge, Indian Rupees accepted by the Bank on 04/26/2024, 04/27/2024, 05/02/2024, 05/03/2024 are executed on the value date 05/06/2024;
- transfers in Tenge accepted by the Bank on 05/06/2024, 05/07/2024 and 05/08/2024 are executed on the value date 05/13/2024.
Purchase (sale) operations foreign currency for the currency of the Russian Federation or foreign currency on 04/27/2024, 05/02/2024, 05/03/2024, as well as from 05/06/2024 to 05/08/2024 are carried out within the established operating time.
Customer bank account statements for 04/27/2024 and 05/28/2024 will be sent via remote banking systems, as well as provided on paper on 05/22/2024 and 05/13/2024, respectively.
Please note that it is possible (before the Bank sends an account statement) to receive information (certificates) on transactions using standard services of remote banking systems, which will be reflected in the account at the time of the request.
On weekends and holidays on April 28, 29 and 30, 01, 04, 05, 09, 10, 11, 12 May 2024 customer service is not provided.
On 02, 03, 06, 07 May 2024, customer service is provided as standard.
On May 08, 2024, customer service is carried out in the pre-holiday mode.
