VisionLabs (owned by MTS) bought their Indian NIS Glonass Private Limited, which was registered in Mumbai in 2011, from the NIS GLONASS operator structure. The Kommersant newspaper writes about this.
In India, the company was engaged in monitoring and management systems for urban transport. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
