Sergey Telyatnikov, who previously held the post of Director for Corporate Security, was appointed Executive Director.
According to the amendments to the company's charter, the sole executive bodies of the Company are the CEO and the Executive Director acting independently of each other. The current CEO Maxim Basov has been managing the company since April 2022.
S. Telyatnikov joined the company in May 2022 as Director of Corporate Security at SUEK JSC and was responsible for the functioning of the economic security system, as well as the identification and prevention of threats and illegal activities at the company's enterprises.
Before joining SUEK for thirty years, S. Telyatnikov worked in law enforcement agencies and law enforcement agencies in various positions. He retired with the rank of colonel of the internal service.
