The owner of JSC "Nizhpharm" has changed the title owner. Instead of the German STADA ARZNEIMITTEL AG, the Russian company is now owned by Luxembourg-based NIDDA LYNX S.A R.L. Such information is contained in the information system for HONEST BUSINESS.
Both companies belong to the same pharmaceutical group Nidda Healthcare Holding. In 2020, Nidda bought 100% of STADA shares.
JSC "Nizhpharm" does not disclose financial information for 2022. Revenue for 2021 amounted to 48.5 billion rubles, net profit 7.9 billion rubles.
