So, on September 12, Rigla LLC became the owner of three legal entities (Avanti Pharma LLC, Pharma Life LLC, Apteka25.rf LLC) that manage this network. The Apteka25.rf chain owns 49 pharmacies in Primorsky Krai. The revenue of Apteka25.rf in 2024 amounted to 4.1 billion rubles.

Rigla operates in Moscow, Volgograd, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Krasnodar, Saratov and other Russian cities. The company is part of Vadim Yakunin's Protek Group.

The net profit of the main legal entity of the Protek distribution business, Protek Central Distribution Company, increased by 23.3% to 2.4 billion rubles in 2024.

Recall that Rigla LLC and Protek JSC, members of Vadim Yakunin's Protek pharmaceutical group, became owners of Linz LLC in Kaliningrad on May 23, 2025. This company operates the regional pharmacy chain Novaya Apteka.
