Rigla acquired 15 points of the Narodnaya Drugstore in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region. This was reported to the Vedomosti newspaper by a source close to one of the participants in the transaction. Information about the purchase was confirmed by the General director of Rigla, Alexander Filippov.
According to A.Filippov, the legal entity N-Pharmacy LLC, established in 2002, entered the perimeter of the transaction. It is reported that 99% of the shares of the LLC belong to Tatyana Frolova, 1% to CEO Olga Kireeva.
Rigla belongs to the Protek group of Vadim Yakunin, was established in 2001. The network unites about 4.1 thousand pharmacies in 58 regions. In 2023, Rigla's revenue amounted to RUB 153.4 billion.
