Prosveshchenie has gained control of the EdTech company Karpov.courses. The newspaper Vedomosti writes about this.
For example, United Logistics System LLC (owned by the Prosveshchenie Group of companies) became the owner of 50.1% in the online school Karpov.courses (LLC "Karpov courses"). Another 30.44% remained with its founder Anatoly Karpov, and 19.46% with his partner Mikhail Seregin. Before the deal, the EdTech company was owned only by A.Karpov (61%) and M.Seregin (39%).
Karpov.courses is an online school of IT professions. It offers training courses for data analysts and engineers, machine learning engineers, and systems analysts. Their cost now ranges on average from 20 thousand rubles to 260 thousand rubles, depending on the subject of the program, the duration of its completion and the selected educational options.
Revenue of LLC Karpov Courses in 2025 amounted to 442.7 million rubles, net profit – 54.4 million rubles.
Recall that in 2026 it became known that the Prosveshchenie holding company went under the management of the State Development Corporation VEB.Russian Federation".
As of September 2025, 75% of the Prosveshchenie Group of companies belonged to the VEB State Corporation.Russian Federation, 25% – to the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF). Until the spring of 2025, Sber owned 25% of the Group of Companies, and its share was transferred to VEB.RF.
Prosveshchenie is the largest player in the Russian educational literature market.
