Petrovich is negotiating with the developer PNK group to purchase from him a warehouse complex with a total area of 100-120 thousand square meters on the territory of the industrial park "PNK Park Domodedovo" in the south of the Moscow region. This was told to Vedomosti by three consultants who worked with this facility, and also confirmed by a source close to one of the parties to the planned transaction. According to them, it is not closed yet, but it is at an advanced stage. They also indicate that the transaction will take place in the build-to-suit format, that is, the developer has yet to build a warehouse for the needs of his partner.
