Hudson with a total area of 144 thousand square meters was built by the Austrian company Immofinanz in 2014. Three years later, she sold her entire portfolio of real estate in Russia to Fort Group for about 900 million euros. Later, the company put Hudson up for sale. The Osnova Group, which bought it, created by natives of Morton, planned to build a residential complex in its place.
