The Federal Antimonopoly Service has recognized Axelpharm LLC and Akrikhin JSC as violating the law on Protection of Competition. This is stated in the message of the FAS.
The companies have introduced generic drugs Ruxolitinib (Axelpharm) and Fordiglif (Akrikhin Chemical and Pharmaceutical Plant), the originals of which are protected by patents until 2028.
Axelpharm was issued an order to return 960.791 million rubles to the budget, Akrikhin – 577.704 million rubles.
Akrikhin has been producing medicines since 1936. Axelpharm is a distributor of manufacturing partners.
