DocsInBox has closed a deal to acquire the Point service. This was reported by Forbes.
To do this, DocsInBox attracted investments from the Internet Initiatives Development Fund (IIDF), which also confirmed participation in the transaction. The parties did not disclose its financial details.
Recall that in the summer it became known that DocsInBox, which develops a work automation system for restaurants and cafes (Doxinbox LLC), received 10.83% in the Point LLC geomarketing service.
