On May 13, 2026, the analytical credit rating Agency confirmed the credit rating of PJSC Bank Saint Petersburg (BSPB) at AA-(RU), changing the outlook to "positive". This is stated in the agency's message.

The bank's credit rating is based on its adequate business profile, strong capital adequacy, and adequate risk profile, funding, and liquidity assessments. BSPB's final credit rating is one notch higher than its own creditworthiness Assessment (USC), which reflects ACRA's view of the bank's local systemic importance, which is determined based on its positions in the main region of its presence.

The change in the forecast to "Positive" reflects ACRA's view on a possible improvement in the assessment of the bank's risk profile as the concentration on the largest borrowers decreases over the 12-18-month horizon.

BSPB is one of the 20 largest credit institutions in the Russian Federation, is a significant regional bank and has a universal nature of activity. The Bank carries out operations mainly in St. Petersburg, Leningrad Region and Moscow.
