Residential buildings, social and industrial facilities will be built in the Ochakovo-Matveevskoye district in Moscow on the site of two industrial zones. In total, over 3.4 million square meters will appear. This was announced by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin in his Telegram channel.
A residential quarter, an educational organization, a multifunctional complex with a medical center, scientific, industrial and public facilities and more will be built on the territory of the Severnoye Ochakovo industrial zone. There will also be a recreation area. Several schools, kindergartens, and three residential complexes will be built on the territory of the Yuzhnoye Ochakovo industrial zone.
