The XXII All-Russian Conference "Mortgage Lending in Russia" will be held in Moscow on March 29, 2024.
The conference was organized by the AK&M news agency with the participation of relevant ministries, departments, as well as leaders of the affordable housing and mortgage lending market. The partners of the event were the A101 Group of Companies and the VSK Insurance House.
The transformation of the state program of preferential mortgages will be discussed in the framework of the plenary discussion "Challenges of 2024".
The head of the Analytical Center DOM will take part in the discussion.Mikhail Goldberg, Acting Director of the Financial Policy Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Alexey Yakovlev, Head of the Real Estate Market Analysis Center of the Banking Regulation and Analytics Department of the Bank of Russia Alexander Kopylov, Head of the Sales Department in Partner channels, Vice President of PJSC VTB Evgeny Dyachkin, Director of Mortgage Sales and Implementation of Financial Instruments of A101 Rustam Group Azizov, member of the Board of Directors of VSK Insurance House Roman Frolov, Head of the analytical center "Real Estate Market Indicators IRN.RU Oleg Repchenko, Deputy Marketing Director of the National Bureau of Credit Histories Vladimir Shikin, General Director of VTSIOM Valery Fedorov.
Experts will also assess the risks of reducing the pace of residential real estate construction, the cost of housing under construction and its accessibility for ordinary citizens. Objective data on the creditworthiness of Russian borrowers will be presented.
The issues discussed at the conference sound especially relevant this year, since 2024 is defined as the Year of the Family. For young families, the purchase of their own housing is an urgent need. This imposes a special responsibility on all participants in the mortgage market.
Valeria Mozganova, Head of Real Estate Business FM, will lead the plenary discussion.
