LUKOIL shareholders approved the distribution of profit for 2023, which amounted to 655.3 billion rubles. This is stated in the company's message.
Net profit (with the exception of profit distributed as dividends for the first nine months of 2023 in the amount of 309.7 billion rubles) in the amount of 345.5 billion rubles was decided to be distributed for the payment of dividends. It was decided to leave the remaining part of the profit in the amount of 531.31 million rubles undistributed.
The shareholders decided to pay dividends on ordinary shares in the amount of 498 rubles per paper (not including interim dividends paid for the first nine months of 2023 in the amount of 447 rubles per paper). Taking into account previously paid interim dividends, the total amount of dividends for 2023 will amount to 945 rubles per ordinary share.

It was decided to transfer the share from the account of PJSC LUKOIL in cash to nominee holders and trustee who are professional participants in the securities market, who are registered in the register of shareholders of PJSC, no later than May 22, 2024, to other persons registered in the register of shareholders of PJSC - no later than June 13, 2024. The date on which the persons entitled to receive dividends based on the results of 2023 are determined is May 7, 2024.

PJSC LUKOIL's RAS net profit for 2023 decreased by 17% to RUB 655.29 billion from RUB 790.12 billion a year earlier. Profit before tax amounted to 738.2 billion rubles against 884.89 billion rubles (-16.6%). Revenue fell by 4.2% to 2.75 trillion rubles from 2.87 trillion rubles, gross profit – by 21.2% to 858.29 billion rubles from 1.089 trillion rubles.
