Owners of plots located in horticultural non-profit partnerships (SNTS) will be able to become participants in the social gasification program. The decree was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, the Cabinet of Ministers said.
Gas networks will be conducted free of charge to the boundaries of land plots located near gasified settlements. Title documents must be issued for the household and the land plot. An application for connection can be submitted by both the owner of the household and the chairman of the SNT. The decision on pre–gasification should be made at the general meeting of the members of the SNT, and its protocol should be attached to the application for connection.
