The net profit of SFI (PJSC "EsEfAi") according to IFRS for 2023 increased 3.2 times to 19.4 billion rubles. compared to 6.1 billion rubles a year earlier. Earnings per share amounted to RUB 407.12 versus RUB 126.53. This was announced by the company.

Total operating income and financial income increased by 123% to RUB 34.9 billion from RUB 15.6 billion. This indicator was influenced by the growth of the financial results of the holding companies, as well as the positive revaluation of SFI investments in shares of public issuers in the amount of 1.8 billion rubles in 2023, the report says.

The holding's revenues in the leasing segment amounted to 28.7 billion rubles, income from insurance activities (the reporting takes into account the results of CAO VSK in proportion to the share in the capital attributable to the holding – 49%) – 5.8 billion rubles.

The holding's assets in 2023 increased by 36% to RUB 312 billion from RUB 229.9 billion. Of these, net investments in leasing (CHIL) of Europlan amounted to 229.6 billion rubles. The holding's capital at the end of 2023 reached RUB 80.7 billion, which is 30% higher than the previous year.

In 2023, SFI's net debt decreased by 1.5 billion rubles to 10.7 billion rubles.

SFI (PJSC "EsEfAi") – a public diversified investment holding company with a portfolio of assets consisting of Russian companies. SFI combines leasing and insurance assets, invests in large minority stakes in industrial and retail companies.

According to the company's published report, at the end of June 2023, the main shareholders, and therefore the recipients of dividends, are indicated in the register – EsEfAi Trading LLC (57.2% of shares), Lanbury Trading Limited (18.6%), Daglis JSC (10%), CAO VSK (1.5%). The largest final beneficiary is Said Gutseriev.

In the list of subsidiaries – Europlan Leasing Company, Region Estate, where EsEfAi owns 100% of the shares. The company controls the VSK Group by 49%.

SFI's RAS net profit for the first 9 months of 2023 amounted to 5.9 billion rubles against a loss of 5.06 billion rubles a year earlier. Revenue increased by 5.5% to RUB 5.1 billion from RUB 4.8 billion.

SFI's net profit for 9 months of 2023 according to IFRS amounted to RUB 16.6 billion. This figure increased 3.8 times compared to the same indicator in 2022, when it amounted to 4.3 billion rubles. The total income from operating activities and financial income of the holding amounted to RUB 28.7 billion against RUB 10.2 billion a year earlier. The holding's assets increased to RUB 290.9 billion from RUB 229.9 billion (+26.5% since the beginning of 2023). As of September 30, 2023, SFI's capital amounted to 79.5 billion rubles (+28.6% since the beginning of the year).
