Rosbank and Atomize launch the issuer's debt CFA

AK&M 26 March 2024 13:30 Rosbank and Atomize are launching Russia's first digital financial asset for the debt obligations of the issuer Sibirskoe Steklo LLC (Sibsteklo, an asset of RATM Holding), whose business model integrates the principle of rational environmental management, ensuring sustainable economic growth while reducing the industrial burden on the environment. The company is the largest manufacturer of glass containers and glass waste disposal in the Eastern part of Russia: the plant's demand is up to 200 thousand tons of cullet per year. This is stated in the bank's message.
The main parameters of the CFA are: the circulation period is 9 months; The fixed rate of monthly payments is 18% per annum. The CFA provides investors with the opportunity to invest in an issue from an industrial company.
The issuer plans to allocate money to replenish working capital, including to increase purchases of glass waste – their use allows reducing the energy intensity of production processes and, as a result, the industrial burden on the environment.
