Infosys, a global leader in next-generation digital services and consulting, is acquiring In-Tech, a leading provider of engineering research and development services focused on the German automotive industry. These strategic investments further strengthen Infosys' engineering research and development capabilities and confirm its continued commitment to global customers on their journey to digital engineering. This is stated in the media reports.

Headquartered in Germany, In-Tech is one of the fastest growing providers of engineering research and development services, which is shaping digitalization in the automotive, rail and smart industries. In-Tech develops solutions in the fields of e-mobility, connected and autonomous driving, electric vehicles (EV), SUVs and railways. Technology offerings include system design, methodological consulting, development of an advanced electronic platform and verification of automotive software and hardware systems, infotainment systems and expertise verification.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in the first half of fiscal year 2025, subject to the usual closing conditions and regulatory approval.

In-Tech is shaping digitalization in the automotive industry, rail transport and industry. The company develops solutions for the automotive industry, electric vehicles, transportation systems and intelligent industries.
