In 2024, 1 billion rubles were allocated to increase the salaries of foresters throughout the country. This was reported by the Federal Forestry Agency.
As noted by the head of the Federal Forestry Agency Ivan Sovetnikov, whose words are quoted in the message, in 2024, 46.3 billion rubles are provided from the federal budget for the implementation of the powers of the regions in the field of forest relations, which is higher than 2023, of which almost 1 billion rubles are for raising wages. At the same time, in his message to the Federal Assembly, the President separately set the task of increasing salaries for forestry employees.
Revenues from forestry to the Russian budget in 2023 increased by 7% compared to 2022 to 50.2 billion rubles, which is 95.3% of the planned volume.
