The BEAC has signed a cooperation agreement with the administration of the Voronezh Region aimed at modernizing priority sectors of the economy and developing the social sphere of the region. The document was signed by the President, Chairman of the Management Board of Sberbank German Gref and the Governor of the Voronezh Region Alexander Gusev.

The agreement provides for the introduction and development of new technologies in the Voronezh Region within the framework of the national project on digitalization of the economy of the Russian Federation. The main efforts will be focused on the transformation of the road economy and the introduction of an intelligent transport system; the development of educational infrastructure; the expansion of sales markets for regional producers with the help of the "e-commerce" tool offered by the companies of the Beber ecosystem. BEAC intends to participate in investment programs for the integrated development of the region's infrastructure, for the provision of state and municipal services in electronic format, the introduction of intelligent management systems and non-cash payments, and the promotion of projects aimed at strengthening the personnel potential of the region.

Over the past decade, Voronezh has become one of the most attractive cities in Russia. It is a great honor for us to help in the development of the region, the business card of the central part of our country. We want to support its development, create new projects for people, raise the level of healthcare, give children the opportunity to get the best education. To help older people so that they can continue to live a full life.

On the territory of the Voronezh Region, we are engaged in the development of not only financial, but also non-financial technologies. In terms of projects in the field of education, today we are already piloting together with the regional administration our educational platform SberKlass. Starting from September 1 of this year, we are expanding it, and starting from September 1 of next year, we plan to provide access to the platform to all interested schools. For projects in the field of healthcare, we have developed a whole line of products related to the help and support of medical decision-making, including those based on the training of neural networks and artificial intelligence. We will continue to jointly implement social projects, for example, to restore a number of architectural monuments in Voronezh. We also visited the children's technopark "Quantorium" and agreed that we would send a delegation to study the best experience and try to implement the project of a large creative center for children in the center of Voronezh

German Gref, President, Chairman of the Management Board of Sberbank

I would like to thank Herman Oskarovich for the attention he pays to the development of the regional economy and our social projects. Within the framework of the agreement, we have several very important areas. We are launching a public-private partnership project for the construction of schools. This will help to solve the problem of the lack of educational places in certain territories of the region. I think that as a result of joint projects, we will be able to solve many problems. Including transport ones. We are talking about a smart transport scheme for providing all passenger transport in Voronezh. We are already at a high stage of interaction and in the near future there will be a transport card that will accumulate many types of services, and will be useful to our passengers

One more area of cooperation is healthcare. We are now spending a lot of money to purchase equipment and put it in our medical institutions, but we do not have a unified management system, and most importantly, an analysis of all the difficulties that exist in the medical system. If we manage to organize the solutions that Sberbank has, I think it will be a very big support for our medicine and will allow us to provide better services to the population.

Alexander Gusev, Governor of the Voronezh Region
