The XXI All-Russian Conference "Mortgage Lending in Russia" will be held on March 28 in Moscow. The organizer is AK&M Agency.
A practical session "Affordable Housing of the future" will be held within the framework of the conference. The presenter of the panel is the head of the "Real Estate" Business FM Valeria Mozganova.
During the event, participants will discuss the specifics of the development of "green construction", the development of a system of voluntary certification of apartment buildings according to the "green" standard, the prospects for launching a mass "green mortgage" in the country, the formation of demand for such real estate.
In addition, the speakers will consider the prospects for the development of the smart apartment building (UMKD) market in Russia, the cost and synchronization of the development of "green" construction and UMKD, approaches and experience in creating information models of residential apartment buildings at the operational stage, as well as the possible economic effect of the mass introduction of TIM technologies.
