The Government of the Russian Federation has proposed to form uniform criteria for receiving social assistance. This was announced by the Cabinet of Ministers.
A draft law is being considered at a Government meeting that will allow defining uniform and understandable criteria for receiving social assistance, including on the basis of a social contract.
It is proposed throughout the country to establish common approaches to calculating the average per capita income of a family, its composition, by analogy with those that are now used when assigning a single monthly allowance in connection with the birth and upbringing of a child.
The document also provides for the possibility of submitting an application for social support in electronic form: through the portal of public services or regional services.
