The Azot branch of Uralchem JSC allocated 441 million rubles for environmental protection in 2022. This is stated in the company's message.

The most significant events were the technical re-equipment of the aeration tank in the wastewater treatment plant (DSP), the costs of which amounted to 46.4 million rubles, as well as the purchase and installation of an automatic filtration unit in the strong nitric acid shop, the costs of this project in 2022 - 22.4 million rubles.

The main measures implemented by Azot are the replacement of the Severny water pipeline (the total financing of the project will amount to 379 million rubles, of which 324 million rubles for 2023) and the technical re—equipment of the water desalination plant in the steam supply and technological communications workshop (the amount of financing is more than 1.4 billion rubles, of which for 2023 — 948 million rubles).
