Russian Post gained full control over JSC "Marka" and registered the rights to one last share, which was owned by the state. This is stated in the message of the "Mail".
In 2021, during the additional issue, the Post received a 100% stake in the company, minus one share, which remained owned by the state. Rosimushchestvo transferred it to the authorized capital of the "Post" in March 2023.
The consolidation of the Brand's shares is part of the additional issue, which the Post announced in September 2021. During the closed placement of shares, the state contributes funds to the company's authorized capital for the modernization of branches throughout the country, shares of JSC "Marka", intellectual rights to use the GIS housing and communal services system and a number of real estate objects.
