Consumer prices in the Russian Federation for the week from March 14 to March 20 increased by 0.1%, from the beginning of March – by 0.12%, from the beginning of the year – by 1.42%. This was reported by Rosstat.
From March 14 to March 20, prices increased: for chicken eggs - by 0.8%, pork, hard, semi-hard and soft cheeses, canned vegetables for baby food - by 0.4%, lamb, margarine, granulated sugar, wheat flour, vodka - by 0.3%, canned meat for baby food, frozen fish, pasteurized milk, cottage cheese, millet, vermicelli, pasta - by 0.2%.
Prices for fruit and vegetable products decreased by an average of 0.4%, including cucumbers - by 6.1%, white cabbage - by 0.5%, potatoes - by 0.3%, apples - by 0.2%, table beets - by 0.1%. At the same time, prices for tomatoes increased by 3.1%, onions - by 0.6%, bananas - by 0.3%, carrots - by 0.2%.
Prices have decreased: buckwheat groats - by 0.6%, chicken meat - by 0.5%, salt - by 0.3%, beef - by 0.1%.
The cost of flying in the economy class cabin of the aircraft increased by 6.6%.
