Gazprom Export and MVM CEEnergy have signed contracts for the supply of gas to Hungary

Gazprom Export and MVM CEEnergy Ltd. have signed two long-term contracts for the supply of Russian gas to Hungary. The total volume of contracts is up to 4.5 billion m3 per year, the validity period of each of them is 15 years. This was announced by Gazprom.

PJSC Gazprom (TIN 7736050003) is the world's largest gas company. The authorized capital of Gazprom is 118.367 billion rubles. 23673512900 ordinary shares were issued with a par value of 5 rubles. The number of Gazprom shareholders in Russia and abroad is several hundred thousand. The Russian Federation controls over 50% of the company's shares. The depository of the ADR Gazprom program is The Bank of New York Mellon.

Gazprom's profit under IFRS for the first half of 2021 increased 22 times to 995.5 billion rubles from 45.46 billion rubles a year earlier. The profit attributable to the shareholders of PJSC Gazprom amounted to 968.5 billion rubles against 32.92 billion rubles. Profit from sales increased 5.2 times to 986.6 billion rubles from 189.98 billion rubles, revenue-1.5 times to 4.4 trillion rubles from 2.9 trillion rubles. Net revenue from gas sales increased by 60% to 2.2 trillion rubles. Net revenue from the sale of gas to Europe and other countries increased by 93% to 1.46 trillion rubles. Net revenue from the sale of gas to the countries of the former Soviet Union increased by 35% to 187.7 billion rubles, from the sale of gas in the Russian Federation-by 17% to 574.16 billion rubles.
