Flights of Russian airlines to the Republic of Turkey are operated normally. This was reported by the Ministry of Transport of Russia.
The Ministry is holding consultations with the Turkish side on certain issues of fuel supply for Russian aircraft.
There are no problems with ground handling at airports in Turkey for the Russian airlines, the report says.
Earlier, the media reported that the Turkish authorities decided to ban refueling and maintenance of American-made aircraft from Russia and Belarus. The ban affected the work of seven Russian, one Belarusian and one Iranian air carriers (the latter's planes flew to the Russian Federation).
