The Russian government has prepared a bill on the creation of an information and analytical system, which will include information on the registration of breeding animals. The platform will also keep records of farms involved in such work. This was announced by the Cabinet of Ministers.
It will be possible to enter the database, including through the unified portal of public services. Access will be provided remotely for all users – for authorities, agribusiness, including sole proprietors, and scientists working in this field.
Breeding farms will provide information about their animals, and farmers will be able to choose the most productive breeds for themselves.
