The volume of the M&A market with a threshold of $ 1 million in July-August 2021 increased significantly against the same period last year. The total value of transactions increased 2.8 times to $7.32 billion from $2.59 billion prior year period. The number of transactions also was pushed up significantly to 98 against 57 prior year period
