Within the framework of the federal targeted investment program, curated by the Ministry of Construction of Russia, 9 objects of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency are being implemented this year. Among them, the design and construction of a children's polyclinic, a scientific and clinical laboratory, a scientific and clinical center for sports medicine. The progress of construction of facilities planned for commissioning this year was discussed at a meeting held at the Ministry of Construction of Russia under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Yuri Gordeev.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Head of the FMBA of Russia Natalia Mikhailova, representatives of FGKU "STZ" of the FMBA of Russia, FAA "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia", FBU "Rosstroycontrol", FKU "United Directorate" of the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
So, this year in the city of Obolensk, Moscow region, it is planned to put into operation a building to accommodate the infectious diseases department and auxiliary facilities of the federal state budgetary healthcare institution "Medical and Sanitary Unit No. 164 of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency".
The construction of the facility is carried out by the FMBA of Russia as part of the implementation of the activities of the state program of the Russian Federation "Development of Healthcare" to provide medical, preventive and sanitary-hygienic support of work at the State Scientific Center of Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology of Rospotrebnadzor.
The facility includes the construction of the main building of the infectious diseases department with 33 beds: 4 Meltzer boxes (1-2 pathogenicity group), 28 beds (3-4 pathogenicity group) with the possibility of use for hospitalization of contact patients with particularly dangerous infections, and 1 bed in the intensive care unit, an 8-bed observatory, a food unit, auto boxes, and also related engineering infrastructure.
Completion of construction and commissioning of the facility are scheduled for the end of 2023.
In addition, at the moment there is a high readiness of construction and installation works at the facility in Gorno-Altaysk. Within the framework of the FAIP, the Federal Biomedical Agency in the Altai Republic is building facilities for a scientific and clinical laboratory with a nursery for breeding and keeping musk deer in a natural habitat. The facility is also planned to be put into operation this year. The completion of the investment project will create a scientific, clinical and laboratory base for the development and testing of innovative pharmacological preparations based on musk musk, which increase the level of physical performance and have preventive and curative effects against socially significant diseases.
