On In public services, you can apply for confirmation of state accreditation. The form will be open from May 8 to June 1 inclusive. We remind you how to do this.
Before filling out the form
- check the relevance of the consent to disclose tax secrets or submit it to the Federal Tax Service according to the instructions with the mandatory indication of the code 20009. Companies that have not submitted consent will lose their accreditation
- update information about IT activities on the organization's website
- make sure that the average salary level in the company is not lower than in the country or region in which it is registered. A verification calculator is available for Public Services to confirm accreditation. In case of errors in the calculation of insurance premiums, the organization has the right to submit an updated version to the tax service
In the form, specify
- information about the share of income from IT activities. It should be more than 30%
- link to the official website of the organization in Russian
- the name and number of the product in the Russian software registry and the income from its sale — if you are the copyright holder of the software
Who does not need to submit an application for verification
- companies established in 2024
- organizations that have submitted an application and received state accreditation after April 25 of this year
- companies applying reduced insurance premium rates in the first quarter of 2024
- copyright holders of products from the Russian software registry may not confirm compliance with the salary criterion
Once again, please note: even if a company may not apply for an accreditation check, it is still obliged to send consent to the disclosure of tax secrets
The verification of applications will be carried out until July 1. The Ministry of Finance will send the final decision to the companies by July 19.
