Valery Guryanov is appointed as CEO of Gazprom dobycha shelf Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, the company informed.
Valery Guryanov born in 1974 graduated from Tyumen State Oil and Gas University with a degree in development and operation of oil and gas fields and obtained an MBA degree. He has been working for Gazprom for more than 20 years. In 2015-2020, he served as Deputy CEO of Gazprom dobycha shelf Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk for production matters.
Gazprom dobycha shelf Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of PJSC Gazprom. The company is developing fields on the shelf of Sakhalin as part of the Sakhalin-3 project.

IFRS profit of Gazprom for 9 months of 2019 increased by 4% to RUB 1.107 trillion from RUB 1.064 trillion a year earlier. The data have not been audited. Profit attributable to Gazprom's shareholders amounted to RUB 1.048 trillion against RUB 1.017 trillion. Profit from sales amounted to RUB 972.631 billion against RUB 1.385 trillion (-30%). Pre-tax profit increased by 6.35% to RUB 1.399 trillion from RUB 1.316 trillion.
