IFRS net profit of ALROSA Group for 2018 increased by 15% year-on-year to RUB 90 billion, ALROSA informed.
Revenue amounted to RUB 300 billion increasing by 9% year-on-year. The revenue growth was mainly attributable to an increase in prices and improvements in the sales structure, despite an 8% decline in physical sales (measured in carats).
IFRS net profit of ALROSA Group for the fourth quarter of 2018 decreased by 67% against the previous quarter to RUB 8 billion.
Revenue for the fourth quarter amounted to RUB 61 billion decreasing by 12% against the previous quarter.
