The number of base stations of the Big Four telecom operators increased by 11% to 667.28 thousand as of November 1, 2018, Russia's Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media informed.
The highest growth rate was at PJSC VimpelCom which has increased the number of base stations by 20% to 138,394 since the start of the year.
