On October 4, the Auction House of the Russian Federation will hold an auction at the request of OJSC Promsvyaz Ufa Factory (a subsidiary of Bashinformsvyaz Group operating as part of PJSC Rostelecom), the Auction House of the Russian Federation informed.
In particular, the Promsvyaz factory including 11 land plots with a total area of 4.7 ha as well as manufacturing and storage facilities with a total area of 40.7 thousand sq m will be put up for sale.
PJSC Rostelecom (tax number: 7707049388) is the national long-distance communication operator leading in the amount of long-distance domestic and international data traffic and operating the land-line network of television and broadcasting channels. In April 2011, Rostelecom absorbed interregional communication companies Centertelecom, Sibirtelecom, Dalsvyaz, Uralsvyazinform, VolgaTelecom, SZT, YTK and Dagsvyazinform. Total length of Rostelecom's backbone network all over Russia is about 500,000 km. The company's infrastructure reaches 43 million Russian households.
The company's authorized capital is RUB 6.961 billion. It consists of 2,784,480,101 shares including 2,574,914,954 common shares and 209,565,147 type A preferred shares. Rostelecom's major shareholder is the Government of Russia. The company's securities are listed on the MICEX Stock Exchange in Russia as well as in the electronic OTC trading system OTCQX in the USA.
IFRS net profit of PJSC Rostelecom for 2017 grew by 15% to RUB 14.05 billion from RUB 12.249 billion the year before. Revenue increased by 3% to RUB 305.329 billion from RUB 297.446 billion, OIBDA by 0.1% to RUB 96.857 billion from RUB 96.772 billion. Operating profit decreased by 5% to RUB 37.885 billion from RUB 39.836 billion.
PJSC Bashinformsvyaz established in 1992 is the principal fixed-line telephony operator of Bashkortostan, its fiber optical lines stretching over 10,000 kilometers. The company's authorized capital is RUB 985.189 million; it consists of 949,023,840 common shares and 36,165,270 preferred shares with a face value of 1 ruble.
